Winners

This morning Shelly and I went to the first live Bellingham Music Club concert in a long time. We heard the scholarship winners in the high school piano and strings competitions. These kids ranged from 14 to 18 years old and hearing them play filled me with delight and hope for the future. I’m awed by how good these kids are. So glad to be a member of this club that supports classical music from local young players to musicians from our region. We have Wednesday morning monthly concerts and several “night beat” concerts as well so people who are working can come to hear local classical music. Shelly and I sit in front because I’m the club’s photographer.
