Miranda's coming together for Ukraine day. . 
Came home from my walk with B this morning to a boiler leaking water everywhere, flooded cupboards and floor...called an emergency service who arrive in an hour and condemned the boiler....no hot water or heating for now, luckily there's an electric fire in the lounge. ....happy days, and there's gin!
