Singing Bowls

George brought his beautiful chakra singing bowls to yoga class this morning. I played them during a short relaxation, and after the class was finished others could have a go at playing them . Gene and George let me photograph them playing the bowls .
I’m so grateful for the lovely supportive, kind friends I have in the yoga classes I share.

Afterwards I went up to see my mum in hospital. I read her a story from The People’s Friend magazine which I had brought her .
There are 2 meetings arranged next week to discuss mums discharge planning for hospital. Monday is an OT assessment of her flat.
