Yellow and blue

A yellow and blue blip today using a blue scarf and the yellow roses that are slowly fading.  Its still so hard to believe that Russia has invaded Ukraine and so many peoples lives have changed dramatically.  So sad for all involved and difficult to see a resolution.

Another grey day here and I tried a different class at the gym as the water fitness was cancelled but its not really my cup of tea but worth a try.
