Upper power

So unbelievably icy after sunset, that even the poodle does not like to walk too much. We however made a walk around this church, as I got the dog overnight from my son. On my way home, I wanted to see the flag of peace on this wall.

It is Kaleva Church (Finnish: Kalevan kirkko). An Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland church on the Liisankallio of Kaleva area at Tampere. It was designed by Reima and Raili Pietilä and built in 1964-66. The church accommodates approximately 1,120 people, and the main hall is about 30m high.

It is considered an example of modern post-war architectural style and is one of the main sights of the City.

Under the hill and church there is the only public shelter for those, who have not any shelter innthein housing companies - like us.
