A day full of appointments - mostly for me .. the outcome of it all is I have to take medication for high blood pressure, and I've lost four pounds ..

After lunch mum's CPN came and the neighbour dropped in - by the time they'd all gone I was desperate to go out for a breather, so I headed for Sunk Island.
