Morning has broken....

Every winter I seem to fixate on something.  Ice formations, snow shadows and this year light through the trees.  This morning it is the light through Auntie's Tree covered with the fresh snow that has fallen.  I thought of the Cat Stevens song and found out it had been written in 1931 by Eleanor Farjeon to an old Scottish song.  With the specter of war rising in Europe that year, it is a hopeful hymn giving thanks for the new day.  Here is Cat Steven's version which I have always loved.  So, MARCH FORTH into the new day!  (See what I did there?)
