Northgate Development

There has been major development work going on in Chester between the town hall and Storyhouse. I thought it would be interesting to do a before and after shot and redo the same pictures later in the year when the new development opens. Strictly speaking it is nearly-finished rather than before and after and I wish I had taken these pictures a couple of years ago. It should still be interesting to compare them.
