Yewbarrow

We set off this morning to do two Wainwrights - Yewbarrow and Red Pike.  We even got up early so we could get down to Wasdale with enough time.

Unfortunately,  Yewbarrow was much harder than we expected and we decided to quit after the one fell.

This shows the view from the bottom. It was STEEP and SCRAMBLY!   I am not good with heights and I felt quite uncomfortable at times.

However we made it.  Red Pike will have to wait for another day.
