Light Up Leicester

After enjoying a delicious soup and cheese scone at St Joseph's Tea Room up by the monastery this afternoon, I inveigled Len to drive me to Leicester to see the light installations on show from yesterday until tomorrow.

This one, outside the Curve and Athena theatres was meant to represent a humanoid from outer space returning to Earth to see how things were.

I enjoyed the installations a lot. Photos will be on Flickr. Gammy legs prevented me from seeing all of them but did see most. It was a pity that I couldn't experience Pulse in St Peter's Square but Len was cold and wanted to go home. I, on the other hand, was snugly warm in my DryRobe.
