The Vulcan pub, Cardiff

The Vulcan Pub, long closed is eponymous with the rougher, darker side of Cardiff and found itself increasingly isolated within the Cardiff Bay Development Area is now lost in a sea of road-workings and modern buildings.

It will soon (if it hasn't already) be no more - but it is to be saved; dismantled brick by brick and as mentioned in the previous day's backblip will be lovingly reassembled at Welsh Folk Museum, St Fagans

It was a cold misty and dull day so the pic was never going to be great but at least I got one, before the place finally goes (I mean, moves!)
