The Dreaded Day

Today was my annual emergency training and requalification. I don’t work for British Airways, but half of our training day takes place in their training centre at Heathrow. So here was a quick ‘emergency blip’ taken out of the window of the bus that takes us to their facilities.

It’s never fun, but I passed! I’ve been in this job for 37 years. You’d think today wouldn’t make me nervous, but it always does. I wonder how many more of these I will do?
