Gone fishing

This boat passed across the view today, with a skein of gulls behind it, so I popped out and had a blip without even leaving the terrace. Unfortunately this lens is not that sharp when fully extended, but go large and you should see the birds. 

It's been  a mixed day weather-wise; sunshine and showers. We've mostly stayed indoors, and Mystère has been in and out like a jack in a box. But this evening we're off to a piano concert in town, and will be meeting F and T there, and for a drink afterwards -- they've just returned after a long absence.
