Woke up feeling ropey again. Seems to be the thing. Took to me lunchtime to get myself in the shower. Felt marginally better, less stomach pain.

A friend came along in the afternoon for a coffee and me water. I walked her half way home and came back in the park. The crocus' in the sun looked lovely.
