Monday

The usual ropey morning. It's really frustrating and I just want to feel normal again. 
Shower at lunch time then Mum came along. I can't get rid of her, and it's starting to annoy me that she won't listen. 
We went for a walk and I wanted to go down to the harbour . Had a slow walk down and a seat then back up the hill. It was so nice to see the water and be down there again.
