Nuthatch

We nipped off to Symonds Yet, overlooking the river Wye as she loops majestically between Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.

We didn't expect to see peregrines and we weren't disappointed. I was glad I'd taken the Hubble just in case though, because just by the cliff edge this nuthatch was exploring the moss strewn tree bark. It takes the main, while the panorama shot over the Wye moves to second place.

Oddly, with regard to that extra, I prefer this iPhone shot even though I took the 16-35mm F2.8 with me and shot a nine frame panorama. Just goes to show. Just not sure what.
