Wound up in Wexford

Crocus again

The white crocus that I mentioned yesterday were open today.  And I realise they are not totally white, but have little purple streaks.

The lilac stripy one I blipped yesterday was also more open, but something had trodden on it (see extra) - one of next door's cats, perhaps, or the cock pheasant who has taken to visiting.

This afternoon we have sorted the gardening shed - we're leaving quite a bit behind because we are unsure about the regulations with regards to importing it into the EU - all the plant food, and the weed/insect killers.  We threw out some 4 bags of assorted "stuff", and have some more bags of rubbish treasures to offer at the gate - though possibly not this weekend, as when we sort the polytunnel, we will undoubtedly find a lot more.

We disturbed a lot of rather large spiders.

It was still windy, but the wind was not so biting today, thank goodness.
