Union Canal, Bridge 4

Our running group headed out along the canal and returned via Colinton Dell.  Fortunately we were sheltered from the morning's southern breeze for much of the route. 

Deirdre and I met up in the Filmhouse Cafe for a natter before seeing "The Duke".  We thoroughly enjoyed this fairly light hearted typically British comedy.  Helen Mirren and Jim Broadbent give great performances.
