Fining up, falling down

Not only did I wake up very reluctantly this morning but the weather was dire.  However, I did get out to the reserve eventually, when it at last fined up.  This beautiful great tit was my reward.  He was calling stridently until he saw me!  A second after I snapped this he took himself off.

DEAR LOVELY BLIPPERS, I am not commenting tonight, Just looking and scattering stars and hearts.  This is because I need to fall into bed very badly and stay there for a long time.  Please, therefore, don't feel you have to comment on this either.
