Intense

I took this on my morning walk , the Sky was an intense blue while the snow glittered and sparkled.
I sat on a rock, no longer snow covered and listened to the birds as they flittered between pine trees and birch.
I sent each of the children a voice note and then sat and soaked up the beauty of nature .
The rest of the day has been spent in the company of two of J and Ks friends one of whom had a birthday.
We both had a cranial sacrum treatment from Karin for our various ailments followed by a birthday tea . J and K also fitted in a political meeting , I fitted in two walks.
