Mixed!

A day of waiting in for deliveries…all now present and correct and I’m very happy with my choices. I had a morning in the kitchen preparing and cooking the contents of the fridge before the first delivery of furniture arrived. Pan of mince, a selection of veg ready to roast and a couple of Eve puddings will feed me for a few days. After lunch I made a tray of gluten free chocolate brownies which will freeze well and provide treats for a few weeks…and also provided todays blip!
