My one word/one photo effort for Mono Monday today features Richard and Luca on the seesaw :-)

Richard is almost certainly wondering how, having sat down on the low seesaw, he will ever be able to get up again. Hence the smile tinged with faint alarm. Luca, on the other hand, has no doubts at all about his physical strength, having spent the previous 30 minutes racing up to the top of the slide you can see in the background, and hurtling down it... again and again.  After all that he ate a plate of chips and slept for an hour and a half.

Our Luca and Frieda days are always a health-promoting workout, despite the occasional moments of panic.
