Sour? Doh!!

Many faults.
Having been given a starter, Some Rye flour, a proving basket + liner by my mate Michael; I finally made a start, and a few mistakes.
Mistake 1 - Kitchen being relatively cool, about 9-10˚C I'll risk leaving it out of the Fridge over night - lesson learnt.
Mistake 2 - Not sure if it was a shade too "wet", or as a direct result of mistake #1.
All that being said, I'm fair enjoying it, Crust NOT too case-hardened for my "pot Gnashers".
