Mellow Yellow

Another lovely day, though it did cloud over during the afternoon.

Lovely to go for a walk without being bundled in umpteen layers!

We had a good walk ... saw lots of birds including a pair of Kestrels checking out a large nest box ..... will be keeping an eye out to see if they use it :-)

We also saw this lovely Yellowhammer, I was really lucky that he stayed perched on the bush for a while & let me get reasonably close .... hope you like him :-)
