Budgeting

The one advantage of fuel prices increasing in April is I can finally get the prepay electric meter switched to a direct debit one. Then, as costs are now fairly standard across the different companies I can switch away from the two appalling companies I inherited with the move to one less awful one.

In the interim however I've been doing some budgeting and trying to work out where I can save fuel. Then I remembered I had this device that tells you how many watts an item uses and I have a handy spreadsheet to work out costs from when I did a short OU course on energy.
