I spent the day with my old friend pianist Clifford Slapper, going through songs that we like with a view to producing a live album of cover versions just with PIANO and vocal.

Unfortunately I’ve had a rather unpleasant accident, I had stomachache and Max made me a hot water bottle which burst and I now have very nasty burns on my stomach, waiting for the doctor to call, it was absolute agony but a few hours on it has calmed down enough and I’ve stopped shaking. I have several large blisters which have lost in the area which is burnt is about the size of a 7 inch single. Bloody hell!
