chitting seed-potatoes

It's that time of year again, when we're getting ready to plant quite a bit of stuff at our Saughton Allotment over the coming weeks ...

... thus, as you can see, we have three trays of seed-potatoes currently chitting away on top of our kitchen cupboards ;-)

And obviously, we're hoping for another bumper-crop later in the year!
