...from the beach. I walked twice today; once around the neighborhood and once along the beach. While it was cloudy off and on, it was 55 degrees with no wind, so just perfect weather to do that. The lake water was so still, with barely a ripple, and there was some fog coming in which you can just barely see above the harbor rocks. I put a second photo of this scene in the extras, which is a more accurate view of the distance to the downtown area. The lake is about the lowest I've ever seen it, maybe because we had so little snow this winter. The water level is usually to the base of where you see the lighter colored sand in the extra. Mae started her Spring break at noon today, so Jennie picked her up and took her back to her office with her, but tomorrow & probably for most of the next two weeks she'll be with me during the day. Thank goodness I don't have to try to keep her on the computer like when she had her virtual learning, so it'll be much more relaxing.  :)
