Down south for a couple of days with some colleagues for work so took train into the big smoke after work and had a wee pub crawl. I wasn't too bad, stuck to the rum & diet cokes and only had 2 beers (one at the start of the night, one at the end).

Stuck as close to the diet as I could as well.

Had a really good day at work, very positive.
