Singing away

A lazy start to the day with the weekend paper, then washing hung out to dry in the stiff breeze.

I have a lovely one-person spot on the patio beside the conservatory that is very sheltered, and is where I sat for an hour enjoying the sun.  I kept having to shift my right leg where a patch of sunshine was burning it.  Mustn't complain.

It's my paternal grandmother's one hundred and forty second birthday today.

This robin kept shifting its position as soon as the lens appeared, but I got it in the end.
