Heron

As it looked like being nice this morning I went over to RSPB Fowlmere for a walk around. Not too many people around mostly birders and photographers. Got some good views of the Marsh Harriers bit too far away for decent pictures but this heron was very obliging at the reed hide. 
It was lovely in the sun but there was a cold east wind again.
This afternoon I did a bit more on the organ bellows drill the inlet and outlet holes and glued the first set of frames on. Not sure if I will only be able to glue one set a day or two, just depends how quickly the glue goes off.
Another nice day with some sun and that chilly east wind.
