River of Flowers

Sunday: Vernal Equinox

Such a lovely day, sunshine and blue sky, warm at 14°C.
We were up early, MrD went off for the day on his motorbike.
After a leisurely breakfast I spent an hour or so moving pots, compost and plants from behind the greenhouse.
Emptied compost from large pots, it dried on a large tray in the sunshine, then it was sieved.
The sound of motorbikes on the road late morning - might be Easter Egg Charity Run.
Late afternoon there was a solitary bee feeding on the flowers of the Jersey Walking Stick kale and it looks as if the Horse Chestnut is bursting it’s buds … Spring …?
Stay safe & healthy & happy everyone :-)
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
