Second attempt at a sourdough loaf.  Can't be all that bad, I've scoffed half of it already, most of it while still warm.
The ubiquitous - HOWEVER - I'll have to "mess about  bit" with timing; much as I like it, I suspect the purist would declare it a bit short of cooking time.
