Brodie Castle

What a perfect place for a Berry! Lots of pine cones littering the ground, her most favourite item to chase after and chomp (extra). We were nearly at our final campsite and stopped off to admire a national collection of daffodils (extra) which we tiptoed around, given we had a bouncey woof on the end of the lead. Lovely to see carpets of soft yellow with the occasional white of wood anemones, bright blue of scilla and purple of dogtooth violets. There was also a fruiting monkey puzzle which I've never seen before (extra).

We stopped for a coffee in Huntly. The coffees weren't great but there was some really nice architecturearound the central square (extra).

So, the last night in the motorhome. We need to be off promptly so an early night required - that's the theory anyway!
