Up on the plateau

I had anticipated helping a friend today with moving furniture but in the end was not needed. That meant we could go for a walk at late notice. They were just three of us and we climbed up onto the plateau and walked in the sunshine. We made sure that the loop returned via the neighbouring village of Fillols which has a welcome cafe on the village square. We enjoyed some drinks and our sandwiches before returning down the old road to Corneilla.
