Hair cut

Several months ago Nina saw a photography of me with a really short hair cut. She liked it very much and since that time wanted the same, too. We decided that we would wait for warmer weather... Well, today was her lucky day, friends gave us the right equipment and so I saved our oldest daughter.... My husband was a little shocked. He said, this is a boys' haircut, or something they do in the army or in prison... or in earlier time - to get rid of lice.
I am happy for Nina to have the possibility and courage to do so. She is so happy with her new hair cut - her almost-no-hair-cut and feels so free and weightless. I guess, this is a good experience. Hair will crow again, but it doesn't has to become a ballast....
Uliana and Emma liked it very much, too, so maybe we will make some more almost-no-hair-cuts those days....
(...interesting what our Russian grandmother will say... she is probably used to it, that with her German daughter-in-law you have to be ready to anything unusual....)
