Company!

Tonight I had company on my second run of the day, Malachi joined me for my 4.5mile run after work after getting in 3 miles earlier!!

He chose to cycle and that was probably the right idea as I don’t think he’d have enjoyed running it all, 5km is about his limit and even then it requires cajoling!

He enjoyed himself and I enjoyed the company!! It was hard work in places keeping up with the little monkey! He had one moan as we approached home that he was hungry and his bum hurt! But all forgotten after a snack and he’s now in the garden playing football!!

Definitely making the most of this little burst of good weather, even had the shorts on today!
