Another busy day with work, starting the Mother’s Day bakes, the boys sporting commitments, my own training to squeeze in!

The treadmill came into play for my hill intervals today, just so i didn’t have to travel. 6 miles with 6 x 90secs of 8%grade! Safe to say after that I’ve had enough of hills this week!

I spent the evening visiting my friends lovely new home, and we had a take out, glass of wine a chill in the hot tub caught up and put the world to tights, meant I ended the working week on a nice note!!
