In the pink

This plant grows in the garden of our Flaxton bed and breakfast. From a distance I thought it might be a rose. Close up, it was obviously not, and a new one for me. Google Lens suggests it is a Dombeya, the botanic name for a genus of plants from Madagascar and Africa - see Wikipedia. Google Lens might be right - maybe other blippers are familiar with it. The honey bee seemed to appreciate it.
