Mother's Day

It's Mother's Day here in the UK.  Just to please everyone the 'powers that be' decided to take an hour's sleep away from the entire country, just out of spite I think, especially as the day was not as sunny as the last few have been.  So when Ann went out for her morning run there was nobody about, mind, her watch that hadn't been adjusted yet, did say 06:30!

There were three cards for Ann this morning, including a first Grandmother's card.  We saw the card Raff had made Emma whilst at Nursery School, so lovely with hand prints from tiny hands that do not stay still.

We met Tom at the Cornish Bakery on Henley Street for a coffee this morning.   It was good to see him and he'll be coming round for tea on Wednesday.

As we were sorting through stuff Ann had rescued from the loft this morning we came across this Wimbledon Center Court ticket from when we went in 2005. See extra.
