Purple haze

I had some tulips for our Anniversary a few days ago and this is one of them. They are opening very wide and I don't think they'll last much longer so I thought I would blip one of them in the sunshine on the windowsill. I have pink and white ones as well, but the purple had the prettiest centre. Yes, we actually have sun this afternoon, which is a nice surprise!

This evening we have a joint Baptist celebration in Worthing, so no service at our own church. Not sure if I'm going yet as my leg is playing up today, and we also have a friend over. She and my son like the same computer games though, so they will be fine if I do decide to go!
