Up on the roof

I have lived in Farnham for fifteen years and walked along West Street many, many times, but it was only today, whilst carrying a camera and looking for a blip that I noticed this cat on a roof. For a minute I thought it was real. I stood and watched waiting for it to move until the penny dropped that it's a statue. It really brought a smile to my face; firstly because I had been fooled but more importantly because someone had made a piece of art and put it on display for everyone's enjoyment; well, at least everyone who looks skyward.
