I spent pretty much all of today on the phone.  Sometimes in conference calls, sometimes one on one, but pretty much the whole day talking.

That's pretty exhausting.

But we (a colleague and I) developed a work-around for a problem that IBM caused with their latest "improvement".  Naturally there is a German verb to describe such "improvements" - "verschlimmbessern" which means "You try to improve something and you made it worse".

And if someone could tell me how to make Munni The Cat happy, I would be delighted.  She sits and howls and howls and howls and howls and howls, and when you go to see what she wants she runs away.
