Split Decision

I was very pleased I took today off.  I really need a break from meetings and more meetings and the idea of a 9 hour meeting with "break out sessions" had already given me the screaming ab-dabs.

The weather - as you can see from the Blip - was mixed.  It was very April-ly.  Windy but warm with occasionally squally showers.

But the REALLY Good News is that Himmelreich is open again.  I'm already mentally ordering my Frikadelle with onions and salad.  This will happen sooner rather than later.

I'm going to mention this again - Himmelreich opens just before Easter and closes at the end of September.  It is only open Wednesday until Saturday from 3 until 10.  And it is hugely popular.  They don't try to wring every Pfennig out of the business, they run it to suit themselves.  I am a huge fan.  Plus they do excellent home made apple juice - available to take away.
