Christmas cake

I enjoyed a lovely slice of Christmas cake.  Very unseasonal and very yummy.  It has now also made me fancy Simnel cake!

If this was chocolate or sponge cake it would never have lasted this long as Ian and Leo hoover up cake but they turn up their noses at fruit cake so it is all mine to enjoy at a leisurely pace.
