Bullfinch

Continuing my series of birds in our garden, this is our male Bullfinch.  My bird book claims that bullfinches do not visit bird tables or feeders, however this bullfinch and his female partner have clearly not read that book and regularly visit our feeders.

Generally bright but cold today with occasional snow showers.
