The Lozarithm Lens

Gardening Wednesday (30th March 2022)

I keep planting snake's head fritillaries in the garden and the following year they are nowhere to be seen. I had better luck with a few I planted at the bottom of the garden that came up again in 2021. I blipped them on 21 March 2021 so this year I kept checking to see if they had come up again, but there was no sign of them even this week and I thought they were lost - until this day, when Refna exclaimed that they had appeared. Three of them are flowering at this time, this one and a pair close by.

We had a productive morning with me mostly revitalising the bird feeders and doing odd jobs.
