Sprummer...

Today has been outstandingly warm!! 19 measured on the car thermometer!! Had a wonderful celebratory lunch today with a great friend who has been battling cancer. It was fantastic to see her looking so well and so kind to host a fabulous lunch as a 'thank you' for all the support given over the past year or so.

These little Primroses seem to have loved the long winter and are in full bloom today.. they are all self sown and I love them. Thankfully the sparrows have not attacked them.. usually they shred the petals off leaving them scattered all around. I guess they are looking for the tasty sweet nectar deep within the flowers. So here is my blip (before the sparrow attack) !
