Nighttime, the Water of Leith

We had our first work social event IN A LONG TIME this evening. It was so nice to sit down and eat food with colleagues and actually interact with them IN REAL LIFE. The food was delicious too which didn't hurt. Plus there were some nice announcements.

This is a truly terrible picture, but as I ran for the bus home I realised I hadn't taken any! Its a view of the Water of Leith (the dark bit) and walkway from Coburg Street. The lights of the new flats across the water are just visible. The cobbled area you can see used to be a railway line that then dived under the road - all long gone and filled in. Amazingly, a few people were out on the really dark riverside footpath. I was sticking to the well-lit pavement.
