Collage by Martin and Ruth Russell., 1988

I had all these unused postcards I’d collected in Peru, the previous year. My wife, Ruth suggested making them into a collage for the kitchen wall. So the two of us put it together. We added in a couple of things that clearly were not Peru. I don’t know if you can spot them. Ruth at one point added a postcard of a Co-op horse and cart delivering milk in Edinburgh. “What’s that doing there?” I protested, changing it when she wasn’t looking. I am now the sole custodian of the collage. Two of the pictures have slipped, but I decided to leave it like that.                    RT14
